Totally OT anyone use Dosh cashbook please help

I'm not a happy bunny, I'm using Dosh cashbook for accounts and have a problem with the bank reconciliation ie it doesn't. It is correct one day then even though there are no transactions it calculates a new amount as if a ghost payment has taken place.

Its bad enough Tax, NI, and general living taking moeny out of my account without the accounting program doing it as well

Anyone know about this problem and how to fix it?
