This year was made barable by some brilliant people.

Firstly,

Just1 and Dr. Just1 - Thanks guys your genuine offers of help when I really needed it ment so very much to me. I know I didnt actually take you up on many of those offers, but just knowing that I had some help if needed really gave me strength.

Beachbum - You were also there, in the background with offers of help at the right time. Thanks.

Shangani - Your advice helped me deal with often incompetant medical staff and doctors. More than once you said, "I will be there in 40 mins if you need me" and I know you ment it. You advice helped settle worries or put several rockets up the backside of a few people who were letting me down.

Guys, this is only the begining so I will call again - Thanks in advance.

For a whole load of very different reasons;
All who got involved with the BoLOCs. We have had some really good times this year and I consider this to be only the beginning. We have our airfield day and the bournemouth rally for starters. For all those who have ofganised and participated, thanks!

S Works, GTRene, Mr & Mrs Boggy, Bogie, shot2bits, hbaumhardt, the BoLOC's and all the regulars and a few "irregulars", there have been some great debates and discussions and often agreements. Thanks guys and we will meet up in the new year.

I like the PH forum, and some good people around here too, and a lot of info about stuf you can buy for cars and info from people who already have a lot experience about some items, can come in very handy too!
And as you can see "cars can unite people" and thats also a good thing!
Thanks for all the thoughts and discussions, wish you all a very good and happy 2006 with a lot of and fun
Best regards
GTRene

Thanks for the mention Gooby.

So, whats everyone doing this evening?

Having 3 kids means I'm way too shattered for anything more than a DVD and some beers - might go crazy and order a takeway

The Elise hasn't been out and about for nearly two weeks now - almost forgot I had one the other day

Happy New year Gooby - I've been out of town. Thanks for the kind words and thanks to you and the Bolocs lads for helping me discover how to be a small boy again. About 8 years old and getting younger at the moment.

Oh yeah - and thanks for a good laugh at one of the prize comments of the year when you implied that Randy might not be man enough for an elise. (Unknown of course to Gooby, this was after Randy had won a Britcar series and drives an 880 bhp Nissan Le Mans car!)

Happy New Year Gooby, thanks for that message! Me and Boggy have been a bit quiet these last few weeks.... moving, Christmas, but settled now and ready for Pistonheads 2006!
