When I'm turning my car around at whatever speed, right before full lock there is a noise coming from the front somewhere which sounds like something rubbing against something else. It's not loud or anything but I've just noticed it and wondered if it's anything to worry about or is it normal?

It's a 2005 VW Polo 1.2 E 3000 miles on the clock.
