A friend was using his lady's pc for educational use....

Anyway, what software do I, erm friend, need to wipe out the pc's memory so said lady cannot find out what my friend has been up to on the net?

Programme called Snitch will erase any dubious pictures that you, sorry, your friend might have.

Assuming we are talking internet explorer. Go to tools, internet options then select 'delete files' and when the pop up appears check the box to delete all offline content. Then fron the same place also check 'clear history' - thats it job done :-)

I'd check the temp folders in documents and settings too. IE isn't too hot on cleaning up after itself

Perhaps you could give her a few glasses of wine, get her in the mood, and show her what you found?

I'd recommend switching to Firefox Mozilla, and ditch IE. Mozilla seems to have good security and privacy features.
