I'd get the 350 with a 10-22.

For £600?

I'd probably go for a 350 with a Sigma 18-125mm

Edit to add: And if there was any money left I'd definitely but a Canon 50mm 1.8 prime

starting to lose me now. I'm just a noob when It comes to photography.

I like the canon because it's new and has a lot going for it. the nikon the same but cheaper but the 5d had the anti shake and a good lense.

also if i wen tfor any of these cameras where is the best place to geta wide angle lense ans what size/ fitment would I need. IE do I need a canon to fit he canon camera. and so on

OK - So Nikon and Canon DO have the DSLR market sewn up and
yes they probably make the 'best' high end DSLR cameras,
but if you don't/can't hold a camera steady at a commensurate
shutter speed/focal length combination,
then I think that the Anti Shake feature (of the K.M.mentioned ) will make
more difference to the technical quality of the picture
than anything else.

Go for the 5d KM that is what I brought & don't regret it.
Few pics on www.pbase.com/tr7v8
Anti shake is brilliant hand hold at silly low speeds OK, don't
think that I'd have been better off with either Canon or nikon
& plenty of s/h KM lenses around 99% of which will work on the 5 or 7D.
All of mine did.
