I was hopeing to get some advice on a route to take back from Monaco. My coleage and i are going to the Historic GP at Monaco in May this year. We are happy with our route there but have almost 3 days to get to Zeebrugge on the way back. We wanted to come home via the alps and are aware of the Stelvio pass ect but would appreciate any advice even places to stay. We are takeing my 911 so hope to make good progress!

If possible, take the Route Napoleon from Nice NW to Grenoble, then turn East again to enter the Alps. Not driven it, but if you look through this part of the forum you'll see it mentioned again and again and again.

We've just booked our flights for this event. Where are you staying?

Hi Heebeegeetee
We are booked into the Columbus for the Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Really looking forward to the trip but really do need some advice about our return route!. We are leaving Edinburgh on the Wedensday evening to catch the Eurostar train at 6am on the Thursday. I have never stayed at the Columbus i have a few friends that stayed there the last time this event was on and throughly recomended it. It is however not in Monaco itself but i believe about a ten minute walk from the action.
