Gallardo width

Wierd question this, but when a manufacturer releases dimension information about a car, I'm curious as to whether the width of a car includes the wing mirrors.

On a Gallardo, would this include wing mirrors and if so, are they retractable on a Gallardo?

The width for the Gallardo is 2164 mm with the wing mirrors extended. They are all supplied with electric folding mirrors as standard. With the mirrors folded, the width is 1900 mm.

The length of the car is 4300 mm.
