Elise at Overton?

All,

I've heard there's an Elise at Overton, asking price £1500 and the only damage is to the clams, replacement ones they're selling at £300. Not sure how true this is as its come to me via a number of different people (a mate's mate's mate etc)

Anyone know if this is true? It's not on the Overton website but I think they're closed today as I've tried phoning.

Ali/Eric/John P/etc if its there and this is true, anyone fancy going halves on it and making a track/hill/sprint car?

Got to be chassis damage for that price...???

Yeh, I reckon the tub would be a bit 'spangled', but if they're open and it actually exists I'll maybe nip off from work and have a look at it. I'll do some research and keep you informed

I suspect Ali's right but certainly worth a peek. Let us know what it's like(Although I think if I buy any more cars I'll require to consult one of my colleagues who's specialty is matrimonial law......... )

Its got 73k miles, its on a cat c and its got a bit more than clam damage. I dont know if there is actual chassis damage or just suspension components but the four wheels point in different directions.

A good buy perhaps for someone in the know and has access to cheap bodywork repair etc.
