Wheels tyres and Exhaust
Discussion
They will only fit Chims/Griffs with hub conversions, which usually come with wheels so unless omeone with a hub conversion has damaged a rim (Melvin
), unlikely to sell elsewhere.
However, its fair to say I would think they wont be much loved by cerb owners either, where 18" are all the rage (despite the car actually riding far better on 16s
) - so you may struggle to sell them. If you genuinly have no where to store them, I'd stick them on ebay and post a link to the ad on PH classifieds.

I've noticed the bumpy ride, there is only enough space to get one finger in between the front wheels and the arches hence you feel even the smoothest manhole cover and it has the turning circle of the QE2,BUT they look so damned good there staying on

i may be interested in the wheels mate!!!
I'll be in touch when they turn up,probably day after tomorrow as i'm on at 1.30am tonight and tomorrow.I will tell you what they are like and how new the tyres are.(previous owner says I wil be very impressed, I hope so because i'm paying for the haulage).
The tyre weld should be behind the velcro panel on the o/s of the boot, with the other bits you don't have room for!
However, if you're going to use it (!!!) I'd get a new one else it won't work when you need it.
Obviously, I've got two (both inherited) but if I need to use one, I'll be calling the RAC!!
Well done on losing the saab for a cerb!
Cheers
Rob

Thanks I'll have a look in the boot when I get it back from servicing.
