Help Please!! Car not starting!

Hello, was wondering if anyone could give me some advice on my non starting Tuscan x-2000.
I have had it for nearly 2 months so i'm still in the very early stages of learning things on this car. I had a minor problem with it starting a few weeks ago, I tried to start it as usual but when i turned the key to start it (after doing the starting routine - push in fob,turn key in ignition once etc), it wouldn't even try to start. The pod and instruments came on as they should, but that was it! Tried starting it again numerous times thinking it was just me not starting it correctly, but still nothing. So it was obviously electrical, but as i'm not that knowledgeable when it comes to cars all i could think of doing was checking the fuses. After pulling the fuses out and checking them i tried to start her and she fired up first time! Since then i have had no probs until last night when i tried to start her and the same thing happened as before. Took the fuses out but this time it didn't work, and also took the relays out and re-inserted them in case of a bad connection but it still didn't start. The only thing i have noticed is that when i have the ignition on the fan speed and fan heater lights do not illuminate and the interior fans do not come on. Im not sure if this is normal or not or if this is an indication of where the problems lies. Everything else inside the car, radio, windows etc are functioning normally. I would be grateful of any help.

Can you hear the fuel pump trying to prime?
Does the engine try and turn over?
If no to both, you could have an intermittent problem with your immobiliser, as this cuts both circuits.
Mine cut out in the summer, and it turned out to be a couple of shorted wires in the immob. system.
If you suspect this is so, get it checked by a specialist, as it ain't a DIY job......

No i dont think the fuel pump is trying to prime (i take it that this is the noise i can hear if i leave the ignition on for a few seconds without starting the engine). Also the engine is not trying to turn over either.

I wouldn't have thought the heater controls were on the same circuit, but you never know with TVR wiring......!
Best get it checked by someone with specific knowledge of TVR electrics, as you don't want to end up worse than when you started

I think this is the norm........

Mark - I think it worth you calling the service manager of your local TVR dealer. They don't charge for the phone call or advice..
It could be the 30 amp Fuse - which is probably hidden in the passenger footwell but the dealer would probably be better able to diagnose this fault better than us here.

In the end i took it along to SFR Engineering (with the aid of a low loader) and Shane diagnosed it as the aftermarket tracker system fitted by the previous owner, this system had another immobiliser and this was to blame.
Though on the way home from SFR the engine did cut on on a dual carriage way, which was nice. After i managed to stop the car it did fire back up straight away when i restarted the engine.
