creating a survey

whats the easiest and funkiest way of creating a survey that i can send to about 300 internal users on email that they can fill in and send back by email? had a quick peep at adobe forms but dont wanna spend ages learning something new if possible. the users arent v advanced so if i send eg a word doc to fill in no doubt they wont save it correctly in order to send it back etc. is there an easy way?
