Anyone had any problems with water finding its way into the cabin on the driverside? Our second 147 (this one a GTA) and the've both done it - The dealers is currently on his third attempt to repair.

That's a common problem, but that's on the passenger side.

Currently having this problem - on the passsenger side only on my GTA.

The dealer have so far been unable to fix it - they reseated the membrane inside the door, next step seems to be the door seal - only it's still not fixed because 1) they forgot to order one 2) they then ordered one, it arrived, they didn't bother to call me after promising, as they always 'forget', so I called them - it's been fitted to another vehicle, which didn't need it c) now there is a long delay to order another one.

Getting mightily pissed off over a door seal.

What is the actual problem/fix pwig? I've read about it quite a few times before but my dealer were completely unaware about there being any common problem.

Well the common problem is the air con drain pipe getting blocked.

However. There was 1 147 which was in for a good few weeks, as we could not trace the leak at all, ended up having to go to the bodyshop as the wings had to me removed.

Still don't know what we did to fix it lol

had a problem with my 147 water leaking into the drivers foot well.
the water was coming in threw a pin hole where the wing meets the door
on the seam they will need to pull the interior out and water test it as
the leak is so small you cannot see water rushing in under the carpet.
you will not see water inside untill the carpet is soaked and saturated.

the only other thing could think of is front screen seal. has the screen been replace by any chance.
all the best
