Has anyone here flown Royal Brunei Business Class from Dubai to London before? What are your opinions of it?

It used to be excellent - they were clients of mine when I lived in Dubai and I flew this route on a monthly basis. That was five years ago, but I can't believe much will have changed. Don't expect a drink onboard...

Flew to Australia with them a few years ago, stopping at several places on the way there and back!

Went economy and as already said no alcohol served but you can take your own on board. Real benefit was they were cheap and good!

So assumming they are still a lot cheaper than anyone else go for it!

Lived in Brunei for 6 years (Only left April 2004). Only got to travel Business Class once on it, but that was 1998 (London to Brunei). I remember the fairly wide armchairs, the acres of legroom, and the fairly good food.
However, they've given a lot of people the sack recently in order to save money (My Austrailian friends dad, who was a pilot, got the sack working with them)
Basically, they are in big financel trouble. They have downsized a lot, and the only reason they haven't gone bust yet is that it is part of the country's ludicrous national pride. Basically, they have got poorer and poorer in recent years because of national pride.
Fly Singapore or Malaysia!!
Two, well run, better managed airlines, with excellent food and stuff.
