Discussion
Hi All,
just thought some of you might like to see the results of the Royale wax that I applied to a BMW 545 in carbon black yesterday, this was after spending 5 hours correcting the paintwork making sure its 100% perfect ready for the Royale wax.
Pictures taken at 5pm yesterday.
Kind Regards

Paul (Miracle),
Clearly you're a bit of an expert on all things Zymol.....
Tell me - in your honest opinion, are the higher % white carnauba waxes worth it?
I mean - theres Vintage and Destiny. Both extremely high content White wax.
But...over 4 grand difference?
Is the finish you get justified by the high price increase between the two?
As you're in business, I can see why it makes sense to purchase one that is refillable for life (does this apply to you? You must go through a fair bit
).
BTW - I use Carbon and Titanium. The finish from Titanium does last a little longer, I've found.
All the best,
Greg

Hi Greg,
more % of carnauba means more depth of shine and more durability. I have a fridge load of all the different Zymol waxes if you or anyone else wants to buy them off me. I have had to make room for the Royale in the wax fridge!
Regards
Paul
p.s. All my customers are more than happy with Vintage... but the Royale is out of this world and even better. You have to see it to believe it. The proof is in the pudding!

are we seriously talking £5800 for a tub of polish?
yes
well, a crystal container of wax...
'tubs' and 'polish' are different apparently

i think i'll stick with my £10 job from Halfrauds thanks....£5800, that buys a car, not polish!!!
Nick P said:I agree, its rediculous that a tub of wax can cost this much.If you make a product 'elitist' your always going to appeal to a certain type of customer(i think thats as tactfull as i can be).I bought some p21s from the polishing co. and its fabulous and it only costs £20 a tub.Theres no way any product would be £5k better!

You have to see the results to believe it
I tried the £1600 Vintage wax today for the first time and i've ordered some
The finish is amazing, if you saw it you'd understand why I've bought it,
£1600 includes free top ups for life so when you sell Porsches it ends up at £15 a car so its not that bad when you think about it that way,
but you wont get the results from something costing £10 at Halfords,
I've been using Zymol for 5 years

How does it work at this time of year? The booklet that came with my Zymol wax said it should ideally be applied at 20 degrees or warmer for the wax to bond properly to the paint. Is this correct, or is there a way around it? I don't have any heated luxury garage for my cars, but would quite like to polish them before summer.
