[Ballistic Banana]

A friend of mine has Kerbed one of his Alloys on his Beamer and it has sratched it about 2" long and i few mm wide(Imperial/metric hey i was brought up in the 80's)and deep

Does anyone know of a product or company who can re finish the wheel in the Beds/Herts area.

He's only had the car 2 weeks aswell

Have a look on the web (I did a search for alloy wheel refurbishment using google). There's loads. I spoke to someone locally (I'm in Herts) who used Wicked Wheels to repair scuffed gold Impreza alloys - the results were outstanding.

If you can find yourself a post from TivHead - he's been down this route for Griff 500 wheels only last week, also in Herts. Email him thru his profile. Here's a post from him to save you looking

When are you going to come down to a Herts/Beds club meeting with your car? We're meeting on Sunday this week - 3 horshoes at Harpenden then a run out to Shenley near South Mimms.

A lot of the refurb companies send their wheels to Spit and Polish in Tonbridge. They charge about £50 a wheel, but the results are good as new.

They aslo do a range of different finishes to match paintwork.

Might try this week mate as i normally play Football(club folded yesterday) or work but if i am free i will try and make it.
