When I bought my Chimaera, it came with a Steve Heath bible first edition, but after reading a little (well quite a lot really) on this site, I reckoned I should upgrade to the second edition.

I looked at the TVRCC and found you can buy one for £33 but being a bit of a cheapskate decided to look on ebay and bid on a couple. Needless to say, I lost both as one ended up going for £58 and the other for £38 - both plus postage of £5.

It really does amaze me about ebay, that people bid ridiculously high prices - have they never heard of Google? I always make sure that I never bid more than what I can buy anything for over the counter.

That's it - rant over.

Yes e-bay is the place to sell your bible....

Before buying my chim, I purchased the second edition from an internet book shop site for about £28 total including postage. However when I purchased my car, a copy was included so I sold the spare one on e-bay, and got £36 for it! Bargain...

Mine arrived today from Amazon.co.uk. Cost about £32 with free delivery.

Not too shabby I thought.
