Nah, not fast enough: he just slid off then bounced over the bike. That's not nasty! 80 mph tankslapper that punches your knuckles into the tank before chucking you through a hedge is a bit nastier (ask my bro).
Being knocked across the road at <30 mph by a myopic van driver so that you nut a steel post and break your neck, that's nasty.
You could ask my mate, but he didn't survive to talk about it.

Feel sorry for the guy in the silver car that got t-boned by the sierra

Yeah, that is a strange accident as the sierra looked like it had basically stopped but then drove into the silver car as it was passing... perhaps the driver's foot slipped onto the throttle or off the brake or something... strange though.

It looked to me like the front wheels suddenly found traction and had been spinning on the greasy bit beforehand.

It's been posted before, IIRC there was a diesel spill or something on that corner and it's some traffic camera? The original video is a bit longer though, and bits of this crop up all over the place in various compilations.

I have seen a couple of shocking videos the past week or so though, stuff where people are almost certain to have died and some quite graphically as well. The following for example (mostly car related as well, good reminder to drive safely)

It's not in the UK so time of year is not a clue. I think it is taken from a CCTV camera, rather than a camcorder.
