DVD player settings changed - help
Discussion
I played a cloned DVD+R disc last night on my Pioneer 668 DVD player, now when I insert any region 2 disc in the player it ejects stating the region is not compatible.
The player still plays the cloned disc fine but spits out any region 2 disc. The machine is not multiregion and has, until now worked fine for nearly 2 years.
It seems that the Recorded DVD has somehow altered the region setting of the dvd player.
I have tried to re set the 668 by switching on at same time as holding stop button, it does no good!
Help!

yes Im sorry bout the title, I did go back to edit but at that stage it was too late. I thought about the hammer approach but decided to do a bit of research instead.
I was just reading about DVD43 which is the software used to decrypt the original DVD prior to cloning it onto a DVD+R. I jus wondered if that may have corrupted the copied disc so as to bugger up my 668.
