Well guys, as the topic states, I am looking to fit a 4.5 litre engine in the wedge and am looking for someone to fit it for me (I don't have the time or room in my garage). It goes without saying that I will pay the going rate...

I am looking at putting the 3.5 litre engine on fleabay (unless anyone on this forum wants it) and swapping them over when I sell it. This ensures the perspective buyer can see the engine running.

I don't need a speedy turnround - before end of Feb / mid march would be ok as I'm not using the wedge at the moment.

Any takers (or can anyone recommend someone who does a reasonable job at a reasonable price)?

There are plenty of people around who could take on small jobs like this, but you probably want somebody local to you so you need to be more specific about where you are.

DOM at Midland Classic restorations is a possibility if your looking for a commercial concern to do it.

His rates are good and he helped fit the Rv8 into my Tuscan racer...

He's not too far from you between kidderminster and Worcester...

you can get his number from

Dyno Torque in Tyseley, B'ham can sort this. He has a LS1 V8 in an RX7! he did that one himself, helps me out with mine, the workshop is in my profile, taken when when the chassis was undergoing new outriggers. 0121 753 0415 ask for Craig.
