Some bastard's nicked the nose badge off my g'friend's S1. REALLY fekking annoying, IDIOTS. If they's have asked, I'd have bought them one to prove a point.
Where can I get a new one from?

I sold a brand new one proper enamel one on ebay a few weeks ago for only 16quid! How did they get it off, as the S1 badge is normally held on with two nuts at the back? As long as there is no other damage.

Keep an eye on ebay, as they are about 50quid from lotus.

I had that also twice! one was not such trouble with a beemer but not the round plate but a Alpina badge that was sticked up, so no real damage, but the other was on a special Porsche 911 Carera(1976) they took the frontbadge with a screwdriver! and that one is bolted on! so it snaped off leaving some scratch and paintdamage!
Lucky for me the damage was all under the badge, and the badge was a almost standard item but a bit pricy it was!
They have to stay away from your car! its yours so stay of! but they don't realy think about the consequence, its not only the badge, but also the physical effect you don't trust it anymore whenever you park it outside...you keep thinking about that the next time.

Absolutely, I'd love to explain this to whoever did it, but they probably can't read or write.
Girlfriend says it has left a sticky resiue so maybe it was a plastic sticky badge since it's probably happened before to the previous owners

If it was a stick up badge, I came across this...a garage sale? lots of parts included a few badge's for a fare price around 17gbp! looks very good I think...see yourself

Maybe you also can think to replace it with one of these...

Or maybe even better one of those, that way they will stay at distance
