I was wondering which option/mods on your car give's you the biggest grin,
or the most pleasure/good feeling...
And what option/mods you like to have when you could get it for free,
on the car you have now.
And tell us why, or whats the story behind that.

On the car that I have on the moment the biggest grin does gave the thrust in the chair when accelerating...
---Why? its such a worry free feeling you just enjoy that moment.

The most pleasure/good feeling is the feeling the car gives me from all controls in handeling, its a very fine car...
---Why? you almost feel as one whit the car, and in control...almost lord of the streets

The option or mods I like to get on this car(it already got a few) would be a supercharger...
---Why? the mighty feeling of extra power in your car transmitted like a rollercoaster, and respect for the car?

Are we still on about thrusting? Sorry Rene I hope I didn't come across as if I was making a language criticism - I certainly wasn't. My Dutch is pathetically poor (my best friend when I was 10 years old to about 15 was Dutch, but that was 25 years ago. I speak Afrikaans - based on Dutch, but far more similar to Flemish. I just meant that unlike the options list for say a ferrari, there are not many factory options for the lotus. So few that as we all know, several shops have sprung up just dealing in elise parts.

Mods:
Shortshifter and Linkage with Lotussport gear knob
ITG panel filter
Larini Clubsport exhaust
Alloy indicator stalks + other assorted ally tat
Leather sill pockets
Harness bar + Scroth Profi II FE ASM 4 point harnesses
Braided brake lines + uprated brake fluid
Pagid RS42 Pads
Black OZ wheels with Yoko 048's
Nitrons
HID headlights
Fire extinguisher

Soon: Honda with trumpets and remap - this is the one I want the most....I feel the anger in you Luke .....Give in to your rage......Turn to the dark side.....
Yeh OK fine, why not....

Draai aan de donkere kant mijn padawan jongelui niet!
Enkel één week verlaten van uw verbod. Hebt u de auto nog opgepoetst?

No problem Andrew(geen probleem Andrew) better laugh about it then cry
So you can speak and write a bit Dutch/african good for you, I hope to do a bit better English in a year orso...and sometimes I use a online wordfinder English would be a worldlanguage one day I hope(it almost is already)
Here in the Netherlands you have a optionlist when you buy a lotus car, and they have a lot options and you also have to pay a lot for them, they also have a list with mods too...but I gues the cars that come in GB have a lot more standard items then the cars we have over here.
You have a lot mods done already on your car

I never buy cars new, so the options list is really what is already in the car. I figure on saving on the initial depreciation and having cash for upgrades.

Would you be up for Abbeville in the summer? 40min from Calais. Bher in Brussels will be keen I am sure.

I also never bought a car new,(the newest was a speedster turbo only 5 months old for a bargain!) and mostly with a lot extra goodies on it, so those saved me a lot money, on the most cars I had in my live I've got more money in return when selling them around 3 months or so later! that way I could pay the hobby a bit.

Abbeville? track or airfield, I've heard that name before I gues a cirquit? in the summer you say? and only 40min from Calais? hm...maybe I will, can't tell you now.

Honda SC conversion, plus al the ancillary stuff to go with it, like Brakes, harness, etc....
Oh one other mod that should come before all others....Driver training. I am a driving heathen.

My only claim to fame is being able to get from south to north MiltonKeyes, faster than anyone I know. If you know MK, you'll know that is quite an achievement. its about 12miles and includes about 30 roundabouts. Other than that I have no understanding of over/understeer, left foot breaking, or heal and toeing. Hopefully a Walshy day sometime early this year should go some way to helping me.

I'm planning to buy a Exige Cup 240(2005) titanium grey that I saw on a show, and a salesman offered that car to me, when the "racing" season is over, but it maked a crash end of 2005 and had to be repared to be as new, and would be ready mid januar? so within 2 weeks? I gona check it out I have the first option on that car.
But I can't pay to much and I they have to take in my car for a fare price in!
Its the same as this car...

I hope I can get it...other wise next would be a S2 Exige or 111R or mk2 Honda SC?
But there is not that much to wish more mods on that car though only more powerrrr
I need to have a car that feels good even at not to high speeds (my license remember)

Yeah, they said saturday the 14...but then the office is closed!!! aaaaaaaaaaaah
and I have to wait 2 more days to get it on Monday
I asked the lady on the phone, if it could be possible to get it back on Thurday 12, would be a great gift for my birthday she asked around there...and got the answer: not possible because the Judge has spoken and recorded 14 over 16, so one more weekend at home, and then spread my wings again and don't trying to topspeed again in the night when the roads ar as good as empty...
