Anyone changed to an after market light and have the old SE pod/lense that they would sell me

Not sure about that, from memory the rear part of the old Pod is very narrow..

i have my old pods and it is small in diameter at the back, but the larger light would not go that far back. You would have to remove the perspex and slide the new assy back as far as it would go. Not sure about the benefits though. I have elipsidal Hellas and even with upgrade wiring and bulbs, the driving position,slope of windscreen, blind spots from wiper sweep, still leaves me slowing when cars are coming. If it the main beam you want to improve, Deemon do some spots that would be easy to fit(ish).
