A few days ago I dug out of the loft my origional Atari 2600 from 1978 and Intellivision from around 1981.

Both are just bare units with all the bits missing over the ages however I do have about 8 Intellivision and 20 Atari Carts.

Since then I've been in a frenzy of renovation. I'm doing both machines up and have already purchased a box Intellivision with 18 games for spares, all the Intellivision manuals and other bits to make a complete boxed unit. I intend to do the same for the Atari.

I'll probably look back in a few weeks and think ..... nutter ..

I think the older one gets, the better the games were!

That said, Jet Set Willy is the finest game of all time - just imagine if they did a multiplayer version...

I had an Atari 2600 - Missle Command, Centepede Pole Position and Air Raid were the best
