Hi All

I'm organising a curry night for Saturday, 11 February.

Final venue is TBA, but it will be in Horsham.

Could people please let me know if they would like to come along (and if they're bringing anyone with them), so that we can get something booked?

Hope to see you there!

The parking situation's being discussed, and hopefully we can work around it. However, suggestions of curry houses in or around Horsham are welcome.

Final venue decisions will be made by Mr White, who is more qualified than most in this area

Yes to a Sussex run to VW on the 5th Feb - has anyone started a seperate thread on this?

Chaps, parking may be a biatch at either venue but still 'do-able'. With both venues parking can be had within a 5 min walk or less, but we probably wont all be able to park together and some of the parking may include side street parking or open public carpark, but luckily Horsham isnt known for its crime rate (if you ignore the 2 murders in the past 6 months )

My personal preference would be The Indian Tree in London Road but Ive visted the Akash on the odd occassion and the food is more than acceptable

Curry suggestions in Horsham?

Went to the Akash a week ago with Mr and Mrs Incorrigible.

Very nice it was too, little car park around the back as well, very handy...

And it has no gates or barriers, so it should be o.k. to use.
Will try and check it out in the next few days.

Put me down for two please, although Gail may be out with the girls that night. Will confirm asap.

Cheers

Derek

Funnily enough, I *did* misread Nuggsy's post and thought he had said rugby!

Nuggsy, I'd love to come but since we're going to VW the week before I'm afraid it's almost certainly a no on this occasion. I don't suppose you could change it to Saturday, the 4th?

Sorry Cossie - I'm determined to make this my first meet that doesn't change date/time/place a million times. I'm sure it won't be last time we all go out for some scram/beer...
