1.8 Zetec which oil

I Have a factory built 1999 Westfield sewi with zetec 1.8, anyone recommend which engine oil to use?

I use Comma semi-syn 5w30 avail from most places.Since mine only does 3k a year and regular Zetec changes are 20k,seems good enough for mine.And about £15.
