for the WORTEC 6.0LTR ESSENTIAL PAC which I had fitted yesterday. (www.hsv.org.uk/topic.asp?t=220841&f=69&h=

I went out for a drink with a mate last night and leaving the pub at closing a group of lads had come out, one commented that's a nice car and the thought running through my head was.. yeah it is, just wait till you hear it

Thanks to Wortec as it sounds wonderful, I will be waiting for spring to appreciate the improved throttle response as the roads are too damp and slippery to keep traction, have been having fun sliding around though

Thanks to Picador for the friendly no fuss service.

I bought my 05 CV8 new in September, joined this forum and got bitten by the bug.

It had the SportPak and the Ripshifter fitted by the end of October and I'm now tempted to have the headers fitted!

My wife hates me coming on here. You're all a bad influence (her words!) but I don't hear her complaining when we drive down the high street or into a car park and everybody turns to have a good look.

Now where did she hide my credit card....

The red background on the forum makes it very easy for the missus to see what I'm up to.
Maybe we can change the forum background to look like a spreadsheet

I've got a white background... I go through the PH site. From a distance (ie wifes view from by the door into the office)it looks like MS Word until I start looking at profiles and nice piccies of Monaro's pop up. Kind of gives the game away then...

Still can't find my card..

Do it! You know you want to

I have the 410bhp Wortec upgrade (full breathing package: filters, extra CAI hole, MAF pipe, headers, cats removed, exhaust, remap) and I've never had so much fun in a car! It's totally transformed from the stock vehicle. Still completely driveable when you're just cruising or in town, traffic jams, bad weather etc, but when you open her up... Victims so far are too many to count, but include M3s, M5s, the odd TVR and a Ferrari 360 Modena. Best car I've ever owned? It is now, thanks to Wortec

Next up, brake upgrade. Then... who knows! Once the bug gets you...

Well, I've got mine back and there's only one word to describe it.

SSSSSSWWWWWWEEEEEEEEEEEETTTTTT!!!!!!

Thanks caspy to you and your crew @ Green's of Rainham - you sure you didn't just put my number plates on another car?

I doubt I will ever get tired of the new sound track - especially when going through a tunnel

Saw your car at Greens, was a very nice noise coming from the workshop, sorry I missed you, would have been good to see another new face.
