Is anyone running BF2 with an X-Fi Card? If so, is it working properly?

I was pretty set on picking up an X-Fi jobbie, although a search on Creative's forum suggests that lots of people are having difficulties. Just wondered what the PH verdict* was.

Which is, obviously, the only verdict that counts.

No issues here. The only problem is if you have it in entertainment mode, bf2 thinks its a completly different card and resets your sound to software. Make sure it's in game mode before launching! Other than that, sounds great, especially the mg in a crowded city. Mmm reverb.

I had an issue whereby BF2 would refuse to believe that i had an x-fi in my pc. Downloaded a software update from creative which solved this problem.
