......I really need to get something sorted......
I'm going to be abroad visiting my girlfriends family in Bulgaria and we're most likely going to be skiing on that day.
So. I need some ideas that would work abroad! Especially in a place where I've never been before and I can't speak the lingo. I've got a present sorted (I know she wants what I've bought), but I need to do something else as it feels something is missing!

You said yourself something is missing!!
Bit less "I Do-ish" have you got her a card? Write something heartfelt in it. If you have the present and you're already away, all you need it to throw in a good "Bonk" and you should be sorted.
I guess winged glass horses are a bit risky to carry about on a day's skiing.
