Had a dream saturday night, I was driving along a dual carriagway coming the other way was a bright red Reliant Scimitar all of a sudden it veered to its left, hit the embankment big style and blocked the opposite carraigway, I stopped and phoned the police, there was a bit more but i`ll not bore you with it.

Went to visit my mother on Sunday, was driving along a dual carriagway coming the other way was a red Reliant Scimitar, I nearly sh1t myself, no he did`nt crash thank god.

Spooky or what...

Hmm.. How can I make this spooky...
First film I saw today was 'Alexander' with her in it

Good way to remember your dreams is to keep a note book or diary next to the bed, then in the morning, as soon as you wake, write down what you remember - you remember most about the dream at that point, during the course of the day you tend to forget.

I kept a "dream diary" for 6 about months once after reading an interview with a song-writer who said he did the same as when he was stuck for song ideas, he'd plunder the diary.

It's quite interesting just as an exercise though.

I don`t normally remember dreams a few hours into the next day but the bits i did`nt want to bore you with i could recall now in great detail which is unusual.

I just wondered if anyone else had dreams that they could remember in detail.

i started a thread a while ago about lucid dreaming.

Certain individuals believe that (including a couple of pistonheaders) with practice they can actually control their dreams and go when and where they choose meeting people and doing whatever takes their fancy.

Also worth setting your alarm an hour early each morning, waking up just enough to turn the alarm off and then going straight back to sleep for an hour. Myself and another film-maker discovered that by doing this the dreams you have in that last hour are much more vivid and far easier to recall in detail. Probably something to do with moving between a wakened state and going instantly back into REM. Whatever it is, it works. Great for getting creative and I'm sure Terry Gilliam must do something similar!

You probably saw on the news last week a guy from Liverpool that had a dream that Alonso would score a goal for Liverpool this season from his own side, he got odds of 250 to 1, so he put £100 on it and won £25.000 and it happened.

I know that for every dream that appears to "come true" there must be thousands that don`t, I am the last person to believe this sort of crap but it did worry me a little.

My nephew has been exploring into this stuff and reckons it's like an out of body experience. He had some dreams were he felt he could control what was going on and has since been told he has the potential to develop his psychic powers. Interesting, but spooky.

On a personal note, I've had recurring dreams about being able to float above the ground and glide over peoples heads. When I wake up, I feel quite exilerated by the experience.
