Anyone know a good one?

I used to use Dave Wood up in Aylesbury but since moving he's a bit far away. Anyone know a good one round here that they'd recommend?
Thanks in advance.

Sigma performance are very good www.sigmaperformance.com/index.html

The 'Full Monty' service will make a real difference but it's not cheap.

You know it makes sense.

Cheers Catso - looking at it though they're quite some distance from me and if I was going to go that far I'd probably rather take it back to Dave Wood Racing as I rate them highly.

I was rather hoping for somewhere a bit more local to me....

Cheers anyway

Mine was 748 S in yellow. I crashed in pouring rain when got caught in it on my way back home.. It was my 1st bike ever, and I managed to put almost 1500 miles on clock in 9 weeks

Poor you - I guess as a first bike it might be a bit too torquey in the wet - easy to get caught out. I've had the back sliding around a few times when it's been damp and I'm trying to get the power down.

You going to replace it?

that exactly what happened, the rear wheel went out of control when I applied brakes, as some stupid car in front of me decided to suddenly slow down with no reason.. So I hit traffic island and landed on an opposite road.
I'm planning to get another replacement, just waiting for a good weather to start first

Does anyone know of any good independant Duke specialists in the South West ? I've used Riders in Bridgwater, but as main dealers they obviously charge main dealer prices, although no complaints about their work.

they went bust about a month after I bought the 749 off them! may have been something to do with the ridiculous price they paid me for my monster!

Head mechanic / racer type chap who worked there has set up on his own - not back into work until Monday ( ) so will try and dig his details out and post 'em up then.
