Broker?

My father (who lives in Zambia) is looking for a broker so that he can buy and sell shares. I am looking for recomendations to pass on to him. He is mainly looking at Metarix? shares and is unable to buy them from where he is. fi anyone can recomend a good broker who will be able to deal with him being in a foriegn country please get in touch.
