Just saw (and heard) a Zonda!

That really has made my day, a Pagani Zonda C12 followed me round a roundabout on the A12 near Romford. It looked amazing and sounded fantastic, even when it was behind me. 
Unfortunately I'd just had a full set of new tyres fitted which had done about 100 metres. Of course, if they'd have been scrubbed in fully I'd raced off and left it standing but instead I just had to pull meekly out of its way and drool as it went past.

There was a Zonda owner who's wife went on holiday with the girls for a whole month.
After about 3 weeks he started getting really bad wind and believe it or not, he was convinced his bad bottom was starting to sound like his car at 6000rpm.
A trip to his GP revealed the problem. The doctor declared:
"well absence makes the fart go Zonda!"
Ok, ok, I know it is bad.

I can't believe how it made me feel to see the bloody thing so I can't begin to imagine what it would feel like to own or even drive one.
The driver was kind of rich looking in a dress-down kind of way. But I guess Albert Steptoe would look rich in one of them. I'd say he was early 30's and I didn't recognise him as anyone famous. I didn't look at him much - Cameron Diaz could've been naked on the bonnet legs akimbo and I'd have still been looking at the car.

It's funny, but you know that "I'm so lucky feeling" - Well, I got that when I got my Griff, and have it now that I've got my P1.
I suppose everything is relative
How's the P1 going, Smiffy? I trust you're driving in a manner that would cause little or no approbation within the realms of Transport 2000?

Needless to say car is utterly brilliant. Sadly Prodrive left the speed limiter on when doing the jap to uk work so will need to get the dealer to sort it out before going near a track. (currently limited to 112 mph!).
For the first few days though I lost the power of speech, slowly returning now though.

Oh, Mr Smiffy you are indeed a very lucky man, I have had the fortune of an extended demonstration of the P1's abilities around the roads of central scotland (i must add, all from the passanger's seat!) These things are truly awsome, every round-a-bout is just one big grin-inducing event.
Get the limiter removed!! I have been told, but obviously wouldn't know(honestly officer) that if you were to unleash it down the motorway it pulls from above the 112 limiter like many 'fast' cars do from 60!
