PASM v GT3 suspension
Discussion
I've had my 997S for about 12 months now and I'm starting to get the itch. I keep thinking about a 996GT3, probably a Mark 2. Whenever I wonder if I'd be able to live with it as a daily driver around London, I push my PASM button to the sport setting and rattle my fillings for a while.
So my question is to anyone who's driven both.
Is the GT3 softer than a 997 with the sport setting?

Yes, I've driven both at Bedford. I was quite impressed with the 997. The GT3 will feel similarly stiff but will be more involving. The GT3 engine will feel less torquey but pull much harder at higher revs. At low revs it is quite quiet. If you are thinking of doing a little track work, the GT3 will be a better option but you may miss the relative practicality of the 997.
