If the house is up to Barratts usual standard then I might be interest if he was selling the car and throwing in the house for free

Apparently it's cheaper than the going rate for the house...

a) So what's wrong with the house?
b) what's wrong with the car?

He bought the house for £300k on the 27th May 2005

Take into account the 355 which is worth lets say 40k (to be kind)

Means he's making 27k (less legal + interest), as he say he won't sell the house for any less any £367k
