Word of warning. Sometimes them roads look dry, but you only need to touch an area that the slightest bit damp at the same time as the power kicks in and you get no warning as it bites you in the ass. Believe me, its nothing like anything I've driven before.
Just enjoy and you won't want any other motor.

As well as damp patches, add dusty/broken patches, and also any country road which has taken a battering on the bends. The shallow pot holes mean that you get quite noticable 'bump-steer' meaning that you can in a split second be heading into the opposite side of the road!

One thing I noticed immediately when I moved from a Tuscan to a Tuscan2 was how much better the new car handles in the wet. Whether it's the electronic steering or the revised suspension set up I don't know but the car is far less twitchy and much less prone to bump steer.

That could also be the suspension set up. My Mk1 was pretty poor and tramlined / bump steered quite badly when set by a southern dealer. Having it set up at TVR Power with a bit more toe in improved it considerably. Its one of those things were every one is different.

DITTO, and it does not trameline as my others used too.
