Money, Money, Money
Discussion
Thanks to the sale of my house I now have a few gee gees which I need to drop into a rock solid, high as possible interest bearing account which will let me access it inside a couple of weeks when I need it in 6mths or so.
An internet bank account has been suggested as the best place to me so does anyone know the name of the site I should visit to compare all the rates to see who to go for before I do it manually?
I seem to remember that there is one called themoneyfool.co.uk but that just comes up with some message about experimental links!
Cheers,
Go to moneyextra.com. Comparison of everything financial... Sorted!

motleyfool is probably what you're thinking.
IIRC internet banks do not allow racehorses as deposits though.
I took a racehorse's deposit once. Most painful experience ever.
think youll find it was a pantomime cow. and i thought you were crying cos you liked it.

If I were you I'd buy an old 911 (late 993, early 996), run it for a while, then sell it for the same amount you paid when you need the cash...
C'mon, you know it makes sense!
Nar,
I'm spending a good chunck of what i got on an S2000 and then puting the rest on deposit for the next house.

I've certainly learned that the audience's cries of "He's behind you" should be taken a little more seriously. Ah well, it made for a nice picture in the family album.
I suggest you have a look at www.moneysavingexpert.com before making any decisions. Plenty of free advice and some lateral/novel thinking on money saving.
