My air-con is pretty feeble, which may or may not be as TVR intended but I plan to try these re-charging kits they now sell in Halfords, but to which port should I connect the recharging bottle? As theres' one on each pipe?

How do those work then Matt as every air con blokie I know weighs how much refridgerant is going in .. are they just pressure based from halfords or is there some weighing needed too?

Check there's actually some gas in the thing. Got mine recharged, worked a treat and then nada a month later.

Got it going back in to see where it's leaking (aparently dye in the gas helps..). Rather hope that something warrently like has failed!

They work on as a top-up mainly I think as they come with a little gauge and a guide as to how much you should pump them up by, but which port, presumably one is the intake and one is the exhaust on teh pump but are they sized differently or marked somewhere?

yep. one should be a big thick pipe compared to the other. High/low pressure side. The thin pipe is the low pressure side and the one you want.
