Very dry roads and clear blue skies around west London so it was out on the M40 to the countryside and some nice roads north west. What a glorius day for a blat! Engine was really on song and I had a great time windows down listening to it snarl and shriek up and down the rev range while playing on the twisties in between the straights.

Its days like these that reinforce just what brilliant cars these are. All that power, performance and soul!

Anyone else had some amber fun today?

Oh yes! Went for a blast yesterday, and today drove over to Burnham on crouch for a quick bite of lunch with a mate. Top down the whole way, and did a mini tunnel run through london on the way! Lovely! Got back and the car looks pretty spotless which amazes me!

Absolutely - drove up to Norfolk and back this weekend, and was sooooo good to finally be able to get the cover off and the cans popping. Have been waiting 3 weeks for a ray of sunshine!! Had a couple of folk nearly crash into me several times as they craned their necks on the North Circular

Yeh, nipped into M/chester to get mi hair cut, went the long way of course.

Funny thing was, I parked on a pay n display outside hairdressers and was their quite a while, getting close time out on the meter, so the bloke cutting mi hair sent one of the young girls out to put an extra quid in the ticket machine, but we didn't tell her that there was no door handle on Tam!!!!!

So she has put money in machine, obtained ticket and is stood there next to the Tam, (which was gleaming in the sun), with about 50 people watching from the bus stop across the road, couldn't get in it, walked around car about 6 times. She gave up in end and had to run back into the shop for instructions on how to get in it.

Cruel i know, but we did have a laugh.
