some pikey has stolen my door mat
Discussion
Don't know mate. (better that than you P&J though!!)
Had a similar thing. Lived in a flat for a couple of years. Then bought a house and kept the flat on to rent out. Couple of months after I'd moved out, I visited the flat for an inspection and noticed the neighbours in the flat opposite had swapped my doormat with theirs, which is a flea-bitten old thing. (They must've thought I'd moved out and left it behind). Anyway, I swapped them back and thought that'd be that, but I visited again recently and they've nicked mine again!!
Not really bothered about the whole thing (if I was, I'd happily speak to them) but just think it's quite amusing.

I'd be tempted to leave an amusing note taped to the floor underneath the mat to colour the occasion of their next swap around! Or nail gun it to the floor of course.

some little scrotes nicked a chipper and a broken hoover out of our rubbish bunker the other week. how random is that? who would want an old chipper full of rancid oil and a knackered hoover? i don't get these people. what could they do with such useless stuff?
my neighbour had a pair of old knickers swiped off her washing line recently too. who could possibly want a pair of mingin' old drawers?? i give up......

Some people will nick anything...
Some f**ker nicked my glasses from the poolside at my gym last week. I have a funny prescription, so what could anyone want a pair of someone else's glasses for. I had to walk around in my spare pair of prescription aviator sunglasses for the whole of last week whilst a new set of lenses were made up
. Looked a right d1ck walking around the supermarket at night in sunglasses like some reject from the Cold War.
