RAR Files Help

A while ago I backed up a load of stuuf onto a CD, compressing it into a RAR file. For wahtevr stupid reason I added a password, which I now cannot remeber. Does anyone know of any way of unlocking a RAR file without the password...PLEASE

Never tried them but there are several password programs for RAR files on Tucows.com . Just type rar password extraction.
