Hi All, I have some "elephant footprints" on my block paved drive, as they are called in the trade (I think)

Basically the weight of the car has made slight hollows where the water collects. I need to lift these and relay them. Question is how do I get the first block out??

Cheers

If you have any spare blocks it might be best to lose one block by smashing it with a lump hammer, or get a grinder on it. I would think it would be nigh on impossible to 'lift' it out due to the compaction caused by the weight of the car.

Drill a hole in it and put in an expanding rawl-plug type thing followed by screw, then lift out with pliers?
