Chimaera with Tuscan body?

I've just seen this Chim at the PH Classfields and wonder.

1.) Is this an original Tuscan Front?
2.) Does a tuscan Body (Front and Back) fit on a standard Chim without modification?

1. If it is,he's done some modifing,you have to admire the blending.
2. No,Tuscan has longer wheelbase for a start.
