Add country please

Hi Ted,

I've been a devoted reader of PH for a long time now but had to sign up this morning to be able to read the forums. Ran into a common problem when I couldn't find Iceland in the list of countries on the user profile page. Seems people tend to overlook this tiny nation in the middle of the Atlantic.

Please add our beloved country and keep up the good work
