I've known about this great free encyclopedia for a while now, but only recently have I started using it to learn information.
On a foray around this morning I found this amazing story of a terratorial dispute between Canada and Denmark of a tiny spec of an island too far up north to worry about.
The dispute has arisen because when the border was mapped recently (by computer!) somehow they forgot to create the border between two points (122 and 123). This distance of 875 metres included the infamous Hans Island.
Since then occasionally each country will send someone along to plant a flag and rip down the other one.
Two countries acting like children over a rock!
