Flat Battery

Havent used the car in about 3 weeks and going away again next week, so i went to see it it would start.
Almost totally flat, went to fit the charger, but how do i get at the battery??

Hi had this myself last week!

Remove the coverpanel (full width of car under windscreen)
should be 2 allen bolts and unclip the washer pipes

gives full access the +'ve post

undo post and charge from +'ve battery post a good earth on the engine

- Worked for me and didnt cause any problems

make sure you have your key fob handy when re connecting battery!

when you put the cover panel back on make sure you locate the top edge into place
(bent plastic clip each side of car- push fit)

If you have the right battery, the +'ve post should be accessible through the small cut out in the engine cover panel, so you dont have to remove the panel.
