Have got tickets for Feb 4th - anyone realised thats the day before VW meet??

Anyways, not been to Twickers for a few years, so was wondering if anyone can give me some recommendations as to where to park (I'm guessing a fair trek away)???

Many Thanks

I've parked on Percy road a few time - it's just off the A316. It's about 20 mins walk to the stadium.

There's nowhere to park so you best give your tickets to me and I'll use them, seeing as I can catch the train to Twickenham from where I live.

well its worth a try...

.....yeah, right.........!!!

Actually, what would be nice is someone's "secret recommendations" but of course as soon as they're on here then they won't be secret.....

Oh well....

Hello,

I can suggest a few places with a circa 30 min walk to Stadium, that will be easy to get on the main roads again after the match.

Drop me a line via email

Having lived near the stadium I'd say don't even think about driving - walk.

Bonus of getting train means no stress sitting in traffic for 2 hours after the match before you can get back on the 316, and you can drink beer - which is important as you're watching rugby....

I'll be there too. Family has debentures, so usually park in the Rosebine carpark.

COME ON ENGLAND!

There's a building at 2 Holly Rd called Queens House that is closed at the weekend. To access the car park, pull up to the barrier by the arch - jump out (easier if you have someone else do this) and press the button and drive into the empty car park.

NB - This info is 2 years old - clampers may have been intorduced since then but worth a try!

I tend to get freebie tickets for Twickenham through work and give them to my Dad and he always parks on a School grounds (sorry don't know exact one). They open up the field and charge £10 for the whole day. And it's walking distance.

Blimey! Any chance your dad needs a friend to go with?
