T350c running costs etc

Hi guys,

I'm sure this topic has been covered many times, but can someone who owns one of the above please let me know their average yearly and monthly running costs, i'm looking at buying one of these cars.

I have just sold a Catherham R500 and although i know the running costs will be considerably more, i don't have a real idea of how 'high' they will be.

Also, i'm sure i read somewhere that a company is offering extended warranties on used TVR's...... am i correct? Is this on engines as well......?!! If so, how long is the warranty, what are the parameters and how much is it?

I think the servicing costs are higher..

£1K / 6K miles..
also budget for 4* tyres every 12K
clutch lasts around 20~25Kmax cost £1K

Blimey, a clutch every 20-25k. I never realised how gently I must be driving, nor did my passengers. Is this really what other people expect? I normally do about 15 - 20k a year with a couple of trackdays thrown in for amusement and keep my cars 3 years. The only clutch I lost turned out to be a (borderline) warranty job. My T350 currently on 36k, have I just been lucky, should I be worried?

I believe half of them have been replaced because of broken fingers and slave seals that have gone .. part bad design and part us being ripped off..
