Sunni and al-Qaeda insurgents are starting to fight with each other.
Maybe this is the needed opportunity to get things settled down and finish the task at hand:

For what ever reasons we went in, there is a job to finish and we owe it to the citizens of Iraq to finish that job and leave them with a fully functioning country.

Interesting.

There has always been a conflict of interest between secular Baathists and foreign fundamentalists. It is not that surprising it would eventually lead to conflict. Let us hope that following the recent elections disaffected Sunni Iraqis can be reconciled to the new regime.
