Another OPC tyre shocker

A set of Pirelli P Zeros for a Carrera S from an OPC. £1272.
A set of Pirelli P Zeros for a Carrera S from everywhere else. £670-£830.

Perhaps this isn't the biggest surprise ever.

No suprise for most of us. Never buy tyres from any marque main dealer.

Still not as expensive as Aston Martin Geneva, who charged someone £600 for a DB9 tyre 18 months ago. Subsequent investagtion showed the tyre at about £220 from UK tyre dealers.

Last time an OPC quoted me for a tyre I laughed & said its far cheaper elsewhere.
Service guy laughed too & said "everyone says that sir"
I think you have to be very out of tune with running costs of a car to get tyres from an OPC.....or far too rich to care !

Yeah they do! You probably wouldnt be surprised to know that parts can be bought direct from Porsche cheaper!
