Trying to make an animation in Pshop CS2
Discussion
I'm trying to make an animated gif thingy wotsit in CS2. I have 9 likkle pickies I want to stick in sequence, but I don't seem to be able to work out how to do the animation. I open the animation pallete but can only get one picky in at a time... The help files are complete gobbledy gook and do not seem to corerespond to anyfink that is actually on the software itself...
Any suggestions chaps and chappesses?
Cheers in advance....

Do you have Adobe Image Ready? (I have photoshop 7, not Cs so don't know if it's the same) but in photoshop go to File > jump to > image ready. IT will then transfer your image into image ready, where the animation is good. Make a frame how you want it, then choose make new frame etc. etc.
you need them all in one file but on different layers (that wibbly wobbly man took 23 layers - each layer a slight more movement)
make the first image how you want it, then in the top right corner of the animation box (see here
click that button, and choose "New Frame", it will then move to frame 2. make that look how you want, then choose "new frame" it will move to frame 3. continue doing this (sometimes 20...30 times). You can then play the animation if you wish. Save it as a *.gif (if you can't, check the settings in top right corner that you've not got it down as a jpeg) and bobs your uncle!
(I'm off for the afternoon now ...good luck!)
